Overnight Eucharistic Adoration

Help Needed at IHM Church

Volunteers are needed to help with decorating, care of interior plants, and altar linens at IHM church. This is a great, low-time commitment way to make a meaningful impact on the daily activity of the church. Approximate commitment is 1 hour per week. Mark Your Calendars - Sept 28

Please mark your calendars for the Stella Maris Parish Picnic. It will be at St. Patrick and will coincide with the feast day of Our Lady, Star of the Sea. Watch for details in the coming weeks.

SVdP Food Pantry Donations

The St. Vincent de Paul food pantry feeds about 3000 households each month. The need for food donations has grown over the last few years and financial resources are severely constrained. Nonperishable food and personal care items can be placed in the donation bin located outside the usher's room at IHM.

Faith, Marriage and Fitness (FMF)
Please consider joining other married couples to meet up 1-2x per month for 90 minutes starting at 3pm. Together we will share in prayer, exercise and fellowship. July 20- Meet at Glacial Drumlin trail head parking lot in Cottage Grove, Aug. 2-Olin Park trails, meet in parking area nearest to John Nolan Dr. Aug. 31-Meet at McDaniel Park in McFarland. Euchre Night at CTK

The CTK Men's Club is hosting a Euchre Night Sunday July 20 at the CTK Hall, gather at 6:30pm, euchre starts at 7pm. Open to all adults $5 entry.

Women’s Faith Formation Fellowship Nights
Tuesdays July 29, & Aug. 26 at St. Patrick’s 6 - 8pm. Women from Stella Maris are invited to join The Women’s Faith Formation group for fellowship this summer. There will be light refreshments, games, crafts, and an opportunity to connect with other women in the parish. Weather permitting, we will meet outside (please bring a lawn chair). Otherwise, we will meet in the church basement. An RSVP to acpecard@gmail.com is suggested but not required.

Luke House - July
The churches within our parish prepare and serve meals at the Luke House. Food donations and volunteers to serve the food are needed. Details at CTK- July 30 & IHM - July 23.

Rosary Rallies for Religious Freedom
At the Kick-Off of the 2025 Rosary Rallies on June 19, Deacon Casey Cooney gave a powerful and inspiring presentation on the need for prayer, especially the Holy Rosary, to address the challenges to our religious freedoms. Read the full article here. You are invited to participate in the 14th Annual Rosary Rallies for Religious Freedom, held at the outdoor Marian Garden every Thursday through October 30, 6-7pm. Stella Maris Grief Group

This grief group is a support group formed to give comfort to those who are suffering the loss of a loved one. The group is led by Peggy Weber RN, MSN, Certified Grief Educator. This three-week series will take place on Tuesdays this August, covering a variety of topics chosen to help those who are grieving. The death of a loved one is difficult to accept and meeting with people who are feeling the same way can help. The next series will begin Aug 5. It will be held in the St. Patrick conference room from 9-11am on Tuesday, August 5, 12, and 19. All suffering the loss of a loved one are welcome; this is a free program, but registration is required. Contact Marnie Harrington at 608-440-9441.

Encounter School of Ministry
