Congratulations to Gus Loeder - G. Thomas Flynn Scholarship Recipient
Tom and Rose Flynn established a scholarship in the name of G. Thomas Flynn, son of one of the founding families of St. Patrick Church in Cottage Grove. Through the generosity of the Flynn family, fifty-six scholarships have been awarded since 2001. The fifty-seventh scholarship is being awarded to Gus Loeder. Gus has been an active parishioner of St. Patrick Church as an altar server, usher, Totus Tuus participant, VBS volunteer, 5-year LBH missionary, elementary faith formation teacher, high school bible study participant and leader and continually aspiring to be a disciple of Christ. Gus will be attending UW-Platteville in the fall and looks forward to participating in events at St. Augustine Parish and Newman Center.

Beginning on Wednesday, May 28 and continuing through July there will be Adoration and Vespers at IHM every Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Exposition will take place at 6:30pm with Vespers beginning at 7:00pm.

Rosary Sales
Mary’s Rosary Assemblers would like to thank all who participated in our May Rosary Sales. We are very pleased that $725 was raised. All funds will be used for supplies and shipping of Mission Rosaries to our missions in India, Haiti, Tanzania, El Salvador and Papua New Guinea, and to the hospitals and nursing homes in the Madison Diocese. We appreciate your support of Mary’s Rosary Initiative.
CGS Year-End Thanks & Welcome
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) recently wrapped up both the school and faith formation programs. It was a grace-filled and fruitful year for the children and all who participated! Thanks to Felly’s Flowers in Monona for their generous donation of flowers each week to use in the atrium! The kids loved flower arranging and their little vases added a touch of beauty to the atrium! Thank you to everyone who helped make CGS possible - catechists, teachers, assistants, volunteers, and those who donated materials and furniture. We’re also excited to welcome Brenda Loftus as our new CGS coordinator—be sure to say hello when you see her!
