As we entrust Pope Francis’ soul to God’s mercy, please consider offering a Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet for him during our Divine Mercy Sunday Holy Hour, held at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 27 at IHM. Our pastorate will also celebrate a Memorial Mass for Pope Francis on Tuesday, April 29 at 8:30am at IHM.
While we grieve, we also rejoice in signs of new life within our Stella Maris family.
This Sunday at IHM & CTK and next Sunday at SP, we celebrate First Holy Communion! Congratulations to our second graders who are receiving Jesus - body, blood, soul, and divinity - in Holy Communion for the first time. We pray for them as they begin this lifelong connection with Jesus in the Eucharist. As St. Maximilian Kolbe beautifully put it: “If angels could be jealous of men, they would be so for one reason: Holy Communion.”

During Lent, IHM School raised $1,610.25 toward the purchase of a new bell for our sister parish in Tanzania. We are especially grateful to the Rev. Father James J. McEnery Living Trust, whose generous contribution of $600 helped us surpass the fundraising goal. Father Jim was a lifelong supporter of Catholic education and a beloved teacher within the Diocese of Madison. Thanks to the kindness and support of our IHM School community and the legacy of Father Jim, we are thrilled to announce that our sister parish will now be able to purchase the bell!

Rosary Makers Needed
The demand for Mission Rosaries is great. Mary’s Rosary Assemblers sends rosaries to foreign missions (India, Haiti, Tanzanian, Papua New Guinea, El Salvador, etc.) and within our own diocese (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.) Training, tools and supplies provided.
